Linda Gandy

With a deep passion for holistic well-being, Linda seamlessly blends the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern mental health practices. As an RYT-200 and Licensed Professional Counselor, Linda offers a unique approach to healing that addresses both the mind and body.

In her yoga classes, Linda addresses common mental health symptoms, such as anxiety, depression and stress, through holistic yoga practices.   While yoga is not a substitute for traditional therapy, it can provide a different modality to improve various mental health symptoms.
